If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. Our principal place of business is located at 502 S College Ave, Suite 205, Tempe, AZ 85281.
Arizona Water and Fire provides emergency and non-emergency property restoration services including water damage mitigation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, storm damage repair, and full property reconstruction. Services are provided subject to a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.
We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion. Availability of services may vary by location within our service area.
Initial assessments and estimates are provided at no charge and with no obligation. A written estimate will be provided before any billable work begins. Actual costs may vary from the initial estimate if the scope of damage is found to be greater than initially assessed, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.
Arizona Water and Fire may assist you in preparing documentation for submission to your insurance carrier. While we work to support the claims process, we make no guarantee regarding the outcome of any insurance claim. We are not a public adjuster and do not provide legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for understanding your insurance policy and any obligations under it.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written service agreement. Where insurance is involved, payment is typically coordinated through your carrier. You remain responsible for any deductible, uncovered amounts, or costs not covered by your insurance policy. Overdue balances may be subject to collection activity.
